HydraFacial in London HydraFacial Treatment in Queen’s Park, London

A one-and-done wonder treatment for skin health and rejuvenation, HydraFacials are widely popular amongst skincare experts the world over. And our in-house experts here at The Doctor’s Method agree. Experienced in carrying out the complete HydraFacial treatment, we’ve honed our technique and offering, ensuring every patient leaves our state-of-the-art clinic with the glowing skin they’re looking for. In other words, if you’re looking for the best HydraFacial in London, you’ve found it.

What is a HydraFacial Treatment?

Continuously topping the lists of the best facials out there, HydraFacial is designed to exfoliate, cleanse, extract and hydrate the skin – all in a single treatment. Where some clinics would require you to book multiple treatments to achieve all of your skin goals, the clever HydraFacial technique helps you to address a whole host of concerns in one sitting.

During your treatment, your clinician here at The Doctor’s Method will use a patented suction and exfoliating device, swirling it over the skin to load the complexion with moisture and hydration, while also removing dead skin, dirt and debris.

We’re incredibly scrupulous when it comes to picking treatments to offer at our London clinic, and you’ll only find the most cutting-edge technologies in our treatment rooms. So why did the HydraFacial make it onto our list? It’s a gentle yet effective alternative to harsher skin treatments. Better still, it works on all skin types (from sensitive to spot-prone), the outcomes are consistent (particularly in the safe hands of our experts), there’s zero downtime and you can expect immediate results. And a signature HydraFacial Treatment at our London clinic takes around 30 minutes. Is there anything not to love?

Exfoliation

The exfoliating nature of the HydraFacial device works to chip away at the dead skin cells clinging to the skin’s surface, making way for the younger, fresher skin cells underneath. This results in brighter, smoother, healthier-looking skin.

Hydration

While it exfoliates, the HydraFacial device simultaneously delivers an intense hit of hydration by surging the skin with much-needed water. Helping to address fine lines and wrinkles, you can expect skin to feel firmer and softer, and also appear brighter.

One of the lesser-known benefits of the HydraFacial is that it soothes the skin. It helps to address inflammation and dial back redness.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Who is the ideal candidate for Hydrafacial?

Non-invasive and with zero downtime, the HydraFacial treatment is suitable for all skin types, but will offer desired results for anyone who wants brighter, smoother, clearer, more hydrated skin.

That being said, here at The Doctor’s Method, we believe consultation is key. That’s why we always offer a full consultation process to all patients to help identify your key concerns and needs, and cherry-pick only the best course of treatments to address them.

  • What Happens During a HydraFacial Treatment?

Each HydraFacial Treatment conducted at our London clinic comprises three key steps:

    Cleanse and Peel
The first step is cleansing and exfoliation. Your expert clinician will use the vortex and hydra peel tip of the HydraFacial device to gently cleanse and exfoliate the skin, drawing it over the entire face. Don’t worry: it doesn’t hurt! It feels a little like having your face washed with an electric toothbrush, with the vibrations gently opening up pores and removing dead skin cells and sebum.

After this, your clinician will switch out the wand tip to apply a very gentle chemical peel. If that sounds scary, don’t worry! This is a really gentle mixture of salicylic and glycolic acids that will dissolve dead skin cells effectively and loosen debris further down inside the pores,, without upsetting the skin.

    Extract and Hydrate
The next step is extraction. Like a vacuum cleaner for the face, the HydraFacial device uses strong, vortex suction to draw blackheads and impurities from the pores. Again, this doesn’t hurt!

    Fuse and Protect
The last step is the application of a hydrating serum, complete with peptides and antioxidants. The ultimate soothing step, our experts love this step for its ability to rejuvenate and hydrate the skin. It’s that perfect ‘ahhhhh’ moment.

  • How Much Does a HydraFacial Treatment Cost?

When it comes to HydraFacial treatments in London, prices can vary. However, here at The Doctor’s Method, prices start from £215

We usually recommend a HydraFacial treatment every 4-6 weeks to keep on top of results, but if you’re new to facials, then you might benefit from starting with more regular treatments to improve your baseline skin health. Not sure what’s right for you? Our in-house experts will be able to curate a tailored treatment plan, suitable for your unique skin.

  • Does the HydraFacial treatment hurt?

Not at all! We rarely get any complaints about any step within the HydraFacial technique, but if anything worries you, speak to your personal The Doctor’s Method clinician who will gladly put your mind at ease.

  • Is there any downtime after a HydraFacial?

No, thankfully. You can walk out of our London clinic with fresh, glowing, healthy-looking skin, in an instant.

  • How long do the results last?

That initial glow will stick around for several days, but you can extend the lifespan of your glow by following up with an effective skincare routine. Need help with that? Just ask your clinician; we can recommend the best professional skincare products and advice, tailored to you.
